• Automatic rejection device. If incorrect counting is caused by too high speed or improper settings, an automatic rejection system will remove the incorrectly filled containers from the conveyor track and reset the count to display the correct amount.
• 3-section vibrating feeding units. Vibrators and feeding channels are clamped by air cylinders. Very easy to disassemble and clean.
• The funnels hitch the bottleneck while filling and funnel is vibrating which can avoid blocking up. Vibration frequency is adjustable.
